My girlfriend and I saw a show at The Chanhassen Dinner Theater and then stayed the Americinn very close to the theater. We had a great time!

Liked: Very clean. There was a great breakfast in the morning.
Disliked: None to report.

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The bathroom was unclean. The bathtub was dirty and stained. The heater did not work.

This was my second stay...

Liked: 1. The common areas were cozy and attractive. 2. The Wi-Fi was fast enough and easy to connect to, though apparently not secure. 3. A short walk across the parking lot was a Total Wine store - impressively extensive selection and low prices.
Disliked: 1. The window in my room was covered with dual shades on a pulley system. The darker shade was jammed partially open on an angle. It took me a few minutes to fix it.2. The HVAC unit was loud enough to disturb my sleep. 3. One of the bath towels had a large tear which should have been noticed by someone before they placed it in the room.4. The Ice machines on my floor were inoperable and there are apparently no plans in place to correct that.5. The self-serve breakfast was adequate, though not as well-stocked as it should have been; a couple of bagels and muffins were available in a cabinet that looked empty and lonely. One morning, the breakfast cereal dispenser was empty when I was there.
