Very frustrating

Liked: Swimming pool
Disliked: Our door did not open properly when we came back from swimming. We were stuck wearing our swimsuits for over a half hour as we couldn’t get in. The pm staff tried.morning staff was rude and could care less even though they admitted to having issues with the door. Why would you rent out the room if you knew that??

Disliked: The breakfast could have been better. Some hot items s were cold. The hot tub controller was a little sketchy.
