Liked: We had a very nice stay this time. They made an effort to change a few things from our last stay, which we appreciated. We were very happy with our room. Last year, when we stayed, it was not too good, but this time, we found lots of changes in the hotel. had a good breakfast and clean and spacious rooms. I suggest this hotel for a stay.

Liked: My family and I stayed in town visiting relatives at this location and it was wonderful! Rooms were clean, nice place to relax. The staff was amazing they were polite nice We will definitely be returning!

Liked: Nice place to stay. Easy to locate with ample parking. The renovation going on but still the hotel is in good condition, very clean and so comfortable.

Great place for a GREAT...

Liked: Staff were very helpful and quick to assist me. Room was great, I had no issues.

Poor

Liked: The hotel manager was preoccupied on his cell phone.. and was acting agitated.. like I was interrupting his personal business.. while I was checking in my wrestling team. He was extremely rude to me, and I had just driven over almost 5 hours to get there for a wrestling tournament.. ( and I even got an extra 2 rooms on top of the 4 I had already booked)! When checking out, I couldn't even get one receipt for me to turn in to my athletic director.. I was given 6 receipts separately for 6 rooms, and one of the rooms was more than what I was quoted. If I hadn't been so unbelievably exhausted, I would have left and gone elsewhere. Needless to say? We definitely won't be back there next year. Disliked: I don't like false advertising. Your pictures of the place online look wonderful.. but this place needs we stayed needed major exterior work done.. and it took me 10 minutes to get hot water for a shower in the am
