Horrible Customer Service

Disliked: Nicole was very rude. I called because I got lost going to the place as roads are different getting there, when I called her smartalic reply was were in Wyoming. Get there and she is still rude as ever. If i didnt already book i would've went somewhere else as well as if it wasn't for her my stay and rating would've been a 10.

Overpriced for all considered

Liked: The breakfast was good. The employees were nice
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable, the rooms were not sound resistant at all and you could hear everything in the halls, the tv would not connect to the internet despite it being a smart TV it seems to be blocked. There was hairs in the bathroom. Coffee was very watered down as well. It was overpriced for all considered as well
