Disappointing

Disliked: The hot tub was down and this was one of the reasons we selected this hotel

Disliked: When I asked the night front desk person to give me another body wash container because the one in my room was empty on the first evening we were there, she filled the body wash container with conditioner so I had to wash my body with shampoo. I also did not dare to ask for someone to fix our tub water stopper because I did not want them to think that I messed it up but there were not baths possible in Room 134.

Liked: The property was clean and comfortable. Very nice I liked the all the articles and pictures along the walls. The room was nice and cozy. Everyone we came across was very nice staff and visitors. A nice atmosphere to be apart of very welcoming.

Liked: It was clean. Very accommodating to put us on first floor.
Disliked: Small bathroom in room. No elevator. There were buildings all the rooms were not connected in one main building. Had to walk quite a distance to main lobby.
