Liked: Decent breakfast and it was clean.
Disliked: We brought a dog because it said it was pet friendly. I was never asked if we had a dog when I booked or when I checked in. I booked a king and after 2 nights, the front desk asked if I had a dog, which I replied yes. They were very rude and said they don’t allow dogs in the king rooms. How would I know that?! Then they said there is an extra $25 a night charge for dogs even though no one cleaned our room during the entire week stay. She said she would try to get a manager to approve an exception and when I woke up the next morning, I had a $150 charge on my credit card without any notice. Several people at the front desk made a point to remind me every day that dogs aren’t allowed in our room.
