Liked: Changed room because of because of toliet issues. Moved to another room. Toliet was not in working order and it was cold. Moved to a third room and it was better. We needed two beds instead of one but we made it work. The hot tub is literally crumbling and needs to be replaced. Maintance needs to be done to this building ASAP.

Liked: My family and I stayed at this location several times a year and never had an issue until new management got rid of the original staff. The new staff, which are all related, do not meet your needs. My 11 year old son's comforter on his bed had several blood stains on it. There was a blood stain on the bathroom wall. The side door was taped so it would not lock, which allowed anyone to come in and out without staff knowing. There were 8 people staying in a room a few doors down from us who were engaged in drug use. Pot would permeate throughout the 2nd flior and into our room. I raised concerns twice to no avail. Once blood was detected on my son's comforter, I asked for a full refund for my stay. I was offered a one night refund. I told them I would settle for a 2 night refund and still have not had a resolution. We did not use the pool because water is cloudy and dirty. Staff would put out food uncovered for the morning continental breakfast, and the staff's children would run around the facility all hours of the day and night. I have never seen an establishment go down in cleanliness in such a short time. This facility had people smoking pot outside the front entrance and at side entrance. You had drug paraphernalia found outside. It is sad because this was once such a great and friendly place to stay at. I am appalled that a blood stained comforter was not compelling enough for a refund. I just want this resolved quickly so my family and I can put this entire situation behind us.
