Very good

Decent for the price

Liked: The location and the cleanliness of the room was good.
Disliked: Our door ended up not being able to lock and we needed to use the deadbolt. Hopefully this is fixed for the next person.

Everything was great except for...

Liked: I wanted to change my room type, staff was very helpful.
Disliked: Went down for breakfast on Sunday morning and most of the food was gone with still 20 minutes left of breakfast time.

Bad

Disliked: The rooms were dirty, they had wads of hair in the shower to having underwear stickers stuck to the wall. The hot tub was green and had an odor.

Good

Liked: The beds were comfortable, breakfast was good plus the staff were really nice.

Questionable timing

Liked: Clean, comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Pool was closed for maintenance. We were not notified of this when making the reservation or upon checking in. Didn't find out until later when we went to use. It was New Years eve! We've been coming to this same location on New Years for 15 years and it's never been closed on a holiday. Very, very disappointed. We should have been alerted.

Superb

Liked: I have stayed several times in the past. The staff was very pleasant. Room was clean and quiet.
Disliked: The fact, pool was down for several hours when we arrived.

Pleasant

Disliked: The breakfast was terrible and I did not eat there after the first morning. I will not use booking again.
