Liked: The environment was very family friendly, peaceful and safe. I absolutely loved the 24 hour coffee, tea, hot chocolate station. It felt like I was staying at a family home rather than a sterile hotel.

Liked: The accessibility of the room on the first floor. The involvement of staff to ensure our stay was comfortable.
Disliked: Last day at the hotel noisy children screaming in the hallway awoke us before our planned wake up time. I understand the hotel has no obligation to ensure proper behavior of guests and children and would never hold them responsible for a third party behavior.

Disliked: There were stains on both bed spreads. One bed had a rip in the bottom sheet. The remote for the TV did not work well or consistently. The TV picture was often messed up.

Disapointing because of staying one...

Liked: I have stayed at this location before. The location is central to my business trips and I have never had any issues before. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good as usual.
Disliked: unfortunately because I booked through Booking.com when I tried to check out a day early this morning because of the weather the AmericInn said that I had to pay for both nights even though I was checking out before 11:00. They could do nothing about charging me for both nights even though I checked out after the first night.I will not be using Booking.com or staying at that AmericInn again.
