Disliked: same breakfast, even other day,ice machine was broken, jacuzzi did not work, no towels in the pool area, security door did not work on side entrances. charge $20 extra to get in the room an hour and a half, before 3pm.

Liked: Proximity to school that we were attending an event at. Size of swimming pool/swimming area.
Disliked: Hot tub still broke - was broke last year as well. Very few chairs in pool area to sit on. No pool towels. Was told that kids had to exit pool area at 7pm even though check in papers said 10 pm. Ice machines broken. Broken air conditioner unit in hal

Disliked: Hot tub is closed, ice maker broken, door wouldn't shut all the way, garbage was picked up at 4 am waking us all up.

Disliked: Closed 4 days before scheduled arrival; never informed.

Disliked: When we arrived at the hotel, it was closed, (found out later a fire panel safety issue?). There was a printed list posted on the door with guest names and where they had been rebooked at a nearby hotel. No phone call. Very disappointed.

Liked: Never stayed.
Disliked: Arrived to find no one there but desk clerk, sid hotel was "closed for a few days". Offered to transfer reservations to Best Western. Sonwe back tracked to there. There is no way someone could have communicated that before we drove there?

Disliked: Everything was broken. The TV didn't work. We had someone else's food in our freezer. The ice machine was broken. Sauna didn't work. Hot tub didn't work. Exercise room was closed. Our room didn't have the sleeper sofa that the ad said it did.
