Disliked: My son had a toilet problem and he had to take care of it rm 208 The staff just gave him the plunger. My room the bathroom ceiling looked like they have problem toilet above me marks on ceiling some looked wet surfaces. Rm 107

Weekend getaway

Liked: Location is great! Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and good amenities. Pools and pool area okay.
Disliked: Bed on the hard side, pillows small. Pool area needs update, cleaning. (We stayed during a weekend that the hotel was full of kids, a dance team, I think. Lots of running talking in hallways and doors opening and closing frequently. Tried to swim, but pool, sauna and hottub were full of kids. Will check next time if there is a special activity happening before we book a room.)

Liked: Clean, easy checking and out, beds super comfy
Disliked: Parking was alright, but I think as it's right next to Captain Jacks, Drunks also park there. We arrived pretty late in the evening, and when we left the next morning, our tail light was busted out and on the ground. Looks like someone either fell into the car and broke it, or purposely broke it. It wasn't struck by another car as there were no other marks on the vehicle.

Liked: Location was ideal for what we were doing.
Disliked: We were downgraded from our king suite with whirlpool bath to the queen suite with whirlpool because they were fully booked. While there we asked for additional pillows, and they had no additional pillows or towels at the front desk.
