Disliked: Spent $15 to check in 2 hours early only to prove the following 2 hours that I paid online in full through booking.com. Frustrated that I needed to give my card again and it be charged an additional 187 as the booking.com card wasn’t working. That was not my problem. It should have been dealt with between hotel and booking.com. The 187 was credited back but they still charged $15 to get in early and spend the next 2 hours dealing with their errors
