Liked: Friendly front staff at check in.
Disliked: During check in 12/31/24 at 730pm Male Employee offered to “update” our stay with 2 beds instead of one. I booked a king bed, but once he offered to upgrade I asked if it was 2 queen beds which he agreed it was 2 queens only to find out it was full sized. Coffee maker not working in room, female staff offered her personal coffee maker front her own room, not clean… WiFi wouldn’t connect to Xbox. I paid for breakfast with reservation only to find out breakfast is done at 9am which check in associate did not inform me when I did check in as my children and I waited until 920 to find out from a guest that breakfast was done at 9am after waiting for about 10 minutes.

Liked: Location was great. Small hotel. Great staff.
Disliked: The bed felt like sleeping on concrete. The carpets needed cleaned, bathroom light didn’t work half the time, light by the bed didn’t work. TV channels didn’t work. With that being said, they were doing construction and may already be working on those issues.

Poor

Disliked: They charge a deposit even though it says they don’t. That false advertising. Then argued about it.

Good little one night getaway.

Liked: We love the pool and spa. We love the staff. The rooms are looking great. Breakfast was alright too!
Disliked: Beds are pretty uncomfortable, mattress pads are reused and covered in people’s hair. 4 pillows to a king bed isn’t enough.
