Disliked: Shower poor condition. Old and bad caulking . ? Rail usable? Very noisy from freeway

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: We reserved a double queen and that’s what was confirmed on my booking reservation. When we checked in their system had us in a king bed with small pull out. There were 4 of us and this was not going to work with kids. The front desk said there was nothing they could do since we booked through a 3rd party. They then wanted to charge us for a cot!There was literal furniture outside in the front- they were going through some renovations which were not well done. Bathrooms are old, dirty and tiny. They didn’t have enough towels to supply rooms with 4. There were no extra blankets- it was bitterly cold. Being your own hair dryer because theirs don’t work. Breakfast is not worth it.Overall the stay was not great and we won’t be returning.
