The Aberdeen Windham staff was...

Liked: Wide variety of items for breakfast and replenished regularly. Pool area was relaxing.
Disliked: Booking.com failed the hotel and our family. The Aberdeen hotel staff informed us that an Executive King Suite that we booked does not even exist in their facility. We ended up renting a second room that they kindly gave us a discount for. The Aberdeen facility deserves better communication, an apology, and reimbursement from booking.com. I truly hope this will happen and that I will be informed when it does. I am giving this matter time to be resolved. I would rather give a glowing review than make a report to the BBB. Liked: Marly at the front desk was so helpful and always had a great attitude every time I had a question or needed help with something!
Disliked: Wish there was a better ventilation system in the pool area. A strong chlorine right when u open the door
