The hotel was packed with...

Liked: The bunk bed room was great
Disliked: I told the front desk lady I was paying cash she charged my card and when I went to check out she didn't know how to check me out. And asked me to come back the next morning to check out and pay as she was new and. Crying her eyes out at the front desk

The Aberdeen Windham staff was...

Liked: Wide variety of items for breakfast and replenished regularly. Pool area was relaxing.
Disliked: Booking.com failed the hotel and our family. The Aberdeen hotel staff informed us that an Executive King Suite that we booked does not even exist in their facility. We ended up renting a second room that they kindly gave us a discount for. The Aberdeen facility deserves better communication, an apology, and reimbursement from booking.com. I truly hope this will happen and that I will be informed when it does. I am giving this matter time to be resolved. I would rather give a glowing review than make a report to the BBB.
