It would be nice if...

Liked: Location and pet friendly are the main reason that we stayed.
Disliked: We have been staying here for many years. Unfortunately maintaining the property seems to be getting worse to the level that we may not continue to stay there. Key access cards are difficult to use.TV in rooms have no info cards, so no idea how to use. No final invoice delivered to room for easy check outMy observation was that most of the guests were people traveling with pets, the Best Western next door had many more cars in the parking lot.

Disliked: Bed was absolutely the worst, it was crowned in the we kept rolling to the edge of bed. I had to go get barriers for the TV remote from the front desk. Could not call front desk the phone was always busy. Breakfast was ridiculous the only thing decent to eat was a small muffin. Bad bad bad.
