Liked: Centrally located, pet friendly.
Disliked: Staying in a room near the exit apparently used by smokers because room had distinct cigarette smoke smell. I have to pay a non-refundable $25 pet fee for a dog who doesn’t make messes or smell up the place, while staying in a room that smelled like an ashtray. You charge a $250 fee to anyone who smokes in a room, you should offer a discount to anyone who has to stay in that room and put up with that smell. Shower curtain wouldn’t stay because there were no stops at either end of it and it was also obvious someone had pulled on it or something because the curtain rod was loose in its fastenings to the wall and drooped down. Stayed over the changing of the month from October to November, so the internet stopped working because it needed a new password. The front desk person gave us the “new password” and it didn’t work. When we called front desk to ask what our options were, we were told to call the toll free number from little slip of paper that had password on it. Found out from internet service provider that the guest wifi wasn’t even supposed to have a password, so they couldn’t help us with it. Next morning a different person was in front desk and they gave us a different password that actually worked. Maybe get your internet figured out.

Disliked: Bathroom floor was very dirty in the corners, which made me distrust overall cleanliness. The small refrigerator was unplugged and not wiped out so freezer water was still standing inside and unit wasn’t cold so useless for our one night stay

Eastern Oregon Retreat

Liked: Location was great. Right off of the freeway. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Gave us a few dinner ideas and their locations.
