Disappointed but doable
Liked: There was a decent sized fridge in the room. Hot plate
Disliked: Almost everything was broken or unusable but in place so it wouldn't be noticable at first glance. Stove top didn't work. Neither did the vent hood that came with it. No coffee maker in room. Had a broken strainer and stopper in the sink. Had a bucket under the sink because of leaking pipes i guess. Juice bar in lobby out and set up with cups and everything nothing in it. Broken stopper in bath tub. 2 towels for 4 guests for 3 nights. They emailed after booking my room to say they "regretfully discontinued some services due to covid" but didn't say what. They didn't have most of the amenities they claimed to have. Including guest laundry.

Liked: Service at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming:) & the place was insanely clean! Location couldn't be beat! Idk why I've never stayed here before but I do know I will be staying here again in the future:) very very happy customer here!
Disliked: I thought there would be at least a basic breakfast included but nope just coffee:/ at least muffins or yogurt or fruit or something, can't be too much to ask imo. BUT there's a Starbucks literally next door so really I shouldn't complain:)

Wouldn’t recommend
Liked: The staff was great however we didn’t end up staying at the property, we checked in and just dropped our bags off and headed out for a little. When we returned and actually got to take a look at our hotel we immediately knew we weren’t staying. The room wasn’t up to par. The management was great in handing the issue and giving us a refund as we ended up booking a new hotel.
