Asked for a late check out - said one wasn't available; asked where the jacuzzi is - said it was only in certain rooms; had to get clean towels myself; they even said it that they had 30 cancelations. This place was not worth the money to stay - feel like I got ripped off.

Liked: The property is surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of San Bernardino, CA. It’s very easy to navigate around to find rooms.
Disliked: I was alarmed when I attempted to use the shower when black widow spiders came out of the faucet. I had to catch them with a cup and flush them down the toilet. That instance was disappointing. Outside of that, it is a good property to stay at.

Liked: no breakfast available. they stopped serving breakfast since covid.
Disliked: there were really gross things in the hotel room, not cleaned, there was actually dog poop on the floor in the bathroom. I was in room 122. the phone was sticky the chairs were dirty. the towels all had hair in them and even the new ones I requested not like a little hair a lot. even the pillows had hair on them. I stripped the bed when i got there and luckily there was no bugs so that was nice. the mattress though omg had to be 30 years old.
