Asked for a late check out - said one wasn't available; asked where the jacuzzi is - said it was only in certain rooms; had to get clean towels myself; they even said it that they had 30 cancelations. This place was not worth the money to stay - feel like I got ripped off.

Disliked: Tv didn’t work, refrigerator was off and taped closed. The ice maker for the hotel was out of order.
