Asked for a late check out - said one wasn't available; asked where the jacuzzi is - said it was only in certain rooms; had to get clean towels myself; they even said it that they had 30 cancelations. This place was not worth the money to stay - feel like I got ripped off.

Liked: A place to stay.
Disliked: Dirty rooms; one extra pillow; false advertising.
