Disliked: They did not let us stay in our room even though it was paid for.

Liked: It was quiet.
Disliked: Resv.smoking room w/kitchenette. There was no kitchenette and was a non-smoking hotel. Would have changed hotels, but already pd and there were no refunds. Also when checking in had to put up a $150 cash dep. which wasn't mentioned anywhere. Also no spa.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
Liked: I didn't like anything at all, never had the chance to.
Disliked: The front desk woman is absolutely horrible! I've never in my life encountered anyone in her position who was as rude and ugly as she was to not only myself but to someone who came in asking questions.
