Disliked: Paid for breakfast, then received email to say its no longer provided All adverts show there is a pool and this was confirmed: there was a puddle where the pool should be

Liked: it was not like the pictures shown on booking.com. i had other people to check in and they told me dont even bother getting the key just refund your money. the walls dirty light switch cracked pillows dirty and very bad odor
Disliked: it look like a prostitute place not a place for family. the lobby was hot no air

Liked: The office staff was very nice and friendly. The bed was very comfortable
Disliked: The room was past due for remodeling. The bathroom door wouldn't close. The toilet seat was broken. The telephone cord was broken. I had to cal the hotel desk on my cellphone to ask for more towels.

Liked: The friendliness of the staff. They were accommodating.
Disliked: Upon entering the room, there was strong, unpleasant smell (the smell remained in our clothing after leaving). Spiders and small bugs were found in the bathroom. Bugs were also found in the bed. Will not come back again.

Liked: The room was really nice compared to what I first expected upon arrival. I was in a king suite and it was very clean and had updates items like a flat screen tv, comfortable bed. I was very surprised. The bathroom was spacious but wasnt updated.
Disliked: the room key didn't work at first and I had to pull the door towards me while swiping the room key in order for it to work.

Convenient to highway and where I had to go and access to internet was good.

Liked: After sprayed from smoke smell, beds were very comfortable to sleep in.
Disliked: Too far to walk to have access to front desk.
