Liked: Young girl at front desk attitude was poor

Liked: Very. Rude, don't answer phones and change prices at will. Don't care about customers only disrespecting them
Disliked: Horrible customer service

Disliked: The staff seemed way unprofessional didn't seem to know exactly what's going on in or outside of this place. There homeless that will follow you to your room harassing you making racial slurs, there's aggressive people on pretty much every corner on the hotel that will make you uncomfortable. This use to be a good safe hotel. Not so much anymore.
