Great shuttle service but needs...

Liked: I chose this hotel because of the reviews about the shuttle service. And it was excellent. Also, the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful on the telephone and when I checked in.
Disliked: Cleanliness was substandard. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed with a decent vacuum cleaner in awhile. And there was spilled coffee in the microwave. Luckily the bathroom was very clean

We stayed one nite to...

Liked: The airport shuttle was great and on time, very early in the morning. Room was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: There were times when there was nobody at the front desk, even when I rang the bell.

Liked: The airport shuttle from the hotel to airport
Disliked: The airport shuttle from airport to hotel, too many people trying to get the shuttle, they need to supply more shuttles when planes come in, was chaos - ended up getting a Lyft

Very good

Liked: The shuttle worked really good. Had to be at the airport 4 am and was there on time. Being a female solo traveler this felt as a safe option
