Liked: The airport shuttle from the hotel to airport
Disliked: The airport shuttle from airport to hotel, too many people trying to get the shuttle, they need to supply more shuttles when planes come in, was chaos - ended up getting a Lyft

Liked: The shuttle worked really good. Had to be at the airport 4 am and was there on time. Being a female solo traveler this felt as a safe option

Old hotel, good free airport...

Liked: The free airport shuttle was very good.
Disliked: The hotel is very old. From the pictures the rooms & hotel look better and definitely newer than they are. I just had a layover in Houston so for one night was somehow okay although I wouldn’t come back to be honest.

Liked: I left my glasses at the hotel when I was traveling to San Francisco. On my return, I had a layover in Houston, and the hotel kindly arranged a shuttle service to pick me up and take me back to the hotel at no cost. They were very responsive and helpful. One thing to know is that they offer this shuttle service as part of the hotel fee, so make sure to use it! I didn’t realize at first and paid for an Uber from the airport to the hotel. The location is great, and there are good food options around.
Disliked: The smell. Although I stayed in a non-smoking room, there was still a noticeable odor. It wasn't overwhelming, but it's something they could work on improving.
