Would never book with them...

Liked: Nothing really just needed a hotel room for my brother and it was convenient to book through them because of the price other than that everything was pretty much 0/10
Disliked: The staff was very rude they didn’t provide any tissue paper without us paying for it never had our sheets changed and barely had towels to give us whenever we would ask and stuff like that and on top of that they charged me a $600 deposit fee and I spoke with multiple people there in they never paid a deposit and if they did it was $40 and $25 for a pet which we did not have so yeah these all are my problems

Liked: They gave us a new room that was better.
Disliked: Half of the hotel was burned down and fenced off; if we hadn't already paid, we would've left immediately.The first room we were given smelled so awful we couldn't stand to be in the room. That smell lingered with us even after we went outside.
