My worst stay experience during...

Liked: Nothing it was not what i expected for a lovely nights rest
Disliked: Well for starters the microwave didn't work the toilet was coming up from the floor and sink was shaking and i seen bugs my worst experience ever the housekeeper just walking into my room without knocking it was a horrible experience never again. I would love my money back because i didn't get what i paid for and that was to be comfortable for a night. The staff stated to me that none of the rooms have working microwaves the toilet was shaking and i almost slipped off the toilet hitting my head on the side of the tub.

Disliked: Poor, dirtyThe room 102 was smelling bad ( someone smoked cigarettes before we arrived)I requested to change a room because of my two kids and wife, unfortunately there were no room available Also ,so many people were talking lately in front of our room ( our neighbors)

Liked: close enough to my brother's house, I would have stayed there, but too many other relatives in town for Thanksgiving
Disliked: The sink had a slow drain, and the manager changed my room the next day, just across the hallway, and provided a microwave oven. I was satisfied with service from everyone on the staff.
