Disliked: Was supposed to have a continental breakfast bit did not. That was the reason we chose America's best value in. I could have stayed at red roof inn and saved over$150.00

Liked: The beds were comfortable and seemed clean
Disliked: Carpet was dirty in the room, room smelled of dogs, and breakfast was minimal.NO rooms are ‘animal’ free.

Liked: overall, it was a good experience. The staff was nice, the accommodations were good.
Disliked: The breakfast was the least impressive Hotel breakfast that I've had in years.

Liked: The room was exceptionally clean! The desk staff were super friendly. We were so close to Fort Leonard Wood.
Disliked: I have no complaints at all.

You get what you pay...

Liked: It was right off the freeway and easy to find. The receptionist was really nice.
Disliked: The room was so dirt and smelled like urine and cigarettes. There was at least an inch of dust around the carpet near the walls. The toilet paper wasn’t changed so I would have had to use the same roll the previous guest used. I asked for a new one. The pillows were very small and old like a couch pillow. The rooms definitely need an upgrade and some deep cleaning. The surfaces are barely wiped down making me concerned about other things like sheets and towels. You get what you pay for but keeping a clean room is not top of their list.
