Disliked: Not the cleanest hotel I've been to. Had to wait three hours for a room to be open after I reserved one two months in advance.

We appreciate the staff here - they did a great job ensuring we had a pleasant stay in St. Louis. The room was clean and well appointed, with a clean bathroom. Friendly folks and secure atmosphere at a great price. Unbeatable combinations for a concert going college kid.

Horrible experience

Liked: When we got our keys and finally found our room we enter it only to find out that it wasn’t clean the beds wasn’t made it was trash it the trash can and that’s not all we received another key for a different room it was hair all of it literally their housekeeping service is horrible and the tub had water sitting in it after you shower, i will never recommend any one to stay there

Disliked: Lights didn't work in the first room we got. The second room's exhaust fan sounded like it was going to explode! So loud. After traveling all night, we got there before checkin time. Asked to have our bags held until the. Not possible. So they said, for $40 we could checkin early. So we did. That was the room that the lights didn't work. Our only option from them was to get a different room after 3 pm. So what was the point of me paying $40? When I asked for it refunded, they laughed.

My observations of property.

Liked: Even though the inn was right next to a fancy casino hotel, it was in the middle of a major renovation. One of the customers allowed a person in her hotel room while she stood in the open doorway in her bra and panties for the neighborhood to see. It made me think I had not chosen wisely but there was no loud noises throughout the night nor a lot of foot traffic over night. The clerks were very friendly and ready to help in anyway they could. They should invest in some better towels and wash cloths or a laundry that could remove stains better. Their outside staircase needs the carpet removed. It retains too much dirt and trash.

Disliked: The property was nothing like the pictures, burn holes in the linens, peeling paint and heavy scuff marks on the walls, a broken night stand, missing towel fixtures, the batteries and back to the remote missing, an outlet falling out of the wall, the heater was cracked in places....this was an all around disaster.

Most unsafe, filthy, smelly place...

Liked: Absolutely NOTHING!
Disliked: EVERYTHING! The unhelpful staff would probably be the worst of it all!

Disliked: The door was like broke or something rain and ice chucks kept coming through the bottom of the door .. didn’t have a mirror or a phone in the room.. the toilet leaked everytime we flushed it.. and this was already the second room we had bc the first one was dirty

Disliked: The room was cold as Ice and dirty and hasn't been upgraded or taken care of the staff just want the money and very run down outside the building not worth the price
