Disliked: Not the cleanest hotel I've been to. Had to wait three hours for a room to be open after I reserved one two months in advance.

We appreciate the staff here - they did a great job ensuring we had a pleasant stay in St. Louis. The room was clean and well appointed, with a clean bathroom. Friendly folks and secure atmosphere at a great price. Unbeatable combinations for a concert going college kid.

Disliked: The location is as ghetto as ghetto can be. The morning after my first night consisted of cops waking up the complex due to a corpse being found in the parking lot.

Eerie Stairway and depressing room...

Liked: For the cost and value it was reason not to complain too bad
Disliked: Facility appearance, just needs updating but again it's very affordable and really can not complain. The stairway looks very eerie. Should really consider removing that unclean carpet and leaving concrete or painting. The dark depressing color in the room made my grand daughter cry to leave bc it felt creepy inside the room. Thank you for making it affordable but I also could have used awhole roll of tissue. Tissue was only half a roll when we arrived
