Disliked: Not the cleanest hotel I've been to. Had to wait three hours for a room to be open after I reserved one two months in advance.

We appreciate the staff here - they did a great job ensuring we had a pleasant stay in St. Louis. The room was clean and well appointed, with a clean bathroom. Friendly folks and secure atmosphere at a great price. Unbeatable combinations for a concert going college kid.

Liked: It was a close walk to the St. Louis Arch which was the point of our visit.
Disliked: It was dirty looking and smelled. Trash in parking lot. Carpet in stairwells was absolutely filthy. One stairwell was blocked off with caution tape. Covered parking area was blocked off with tape and barrels. Elevator inspection certificate was more than 1 year expired. Homeless people sleeping across the street on electrical transformers. Pictures online made it look way better than it was.

Liked: It was an inexpensive hotel in walking distance of the more expensive hotel where I attended a conference.The room was simple but clean and bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Overall facility can be cleaned up and updated.Some guests were noisy at night.

Disliked: Bad part of town. Dirty and staff was not helpful. Didn't even stay and would not reimburse any of my money.
