Disliked: Its too loud. The neighbors, the freeway, there wasnt any sort of sound dampening. At least do something about the doors slamming so hard.

This is a great place to stay with my dogs. Lots of space to go potty and stretch their legs.

Liked: location is great, pet accommodation is great, staff is great, lots of space for dogs to stretch and do their business
Disliked: the place could use some updates. linens and carpets. all superficial stuff back lot is a little dark

Disliked: Pool was cold and hot tub was cold

I was really disappointed in my experience here.

Liked: Not clean. Had to switch rooms twice for dirty sheets and then in the second room for ants. It was unfortunate. The manager was not friendly and accused me of stealing a garbage can, which I still don't understand.
Disliked: I didn't like the rooms, they were dark and were dirty.
