Disliked: There was little misunderstanding about my hotel reservation and I wanted to clear things out But This staff named AARON call himself a Manager of the property has no respect for customer. Whoever is incharge of the Department can pull out the phone recordings how badly he behaved and was really yelling at me on loud voice!!! I’m very embarrassed!! Weak customer service !!

Liked: I liked the breakfast Luckily I could open the windows.
Disliked: wasn't so happy with the air-conditioning. It was really low. Also the TV wasn't working properly.

Clean room, attentive staff!

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. I arrived very late and the staff was friendly. I also had a request and they made sure it was fulfilled.
Disliked: All was good.
