Liked: They mean what they say by you get what you pay for honestly if your thinking about this place go to red roof or sleep in your car
Disliked: All The Above Piss Poor If you want to stay at a hotel where the front desk come into your room whenever they want and if you leave expect when you come back to have your things gone thru

Poor

Excellent except for leaf blowing.

Liked: Julie was very friendly and welcoming to help.
Disliked: The landscapers blowing leaves at 8 o'clock Saturday morning. The noise was so loud it woke me up. Should come later in the day so guests can sleep later.

Disappointing

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The woman running the front desk was extremely rude. This used to he a nice place, but I've noticed in the last several stays the heater/ac was busted in one room and I wasn't offered a new room or compensation, the curtain pull cord was busted in others, and numerous issues like that kept popping up.

Was just there to sleep

Liked: Close to job! THE YOUNF GIRL AT DESK WAS SUPER FRIENDLY, kind and WELCOMING SHE WAS JUST GREAT
Disliked: The staff the older lady was VERY OFF PUTTING NOT FRIENDLY NOR WELCOMING!

Not worth it

Liked: They had a smart TV
Disliked: Don’t waste your time and money. When we got there the room smelled like some sort of smoke. There were hairs in the bathtub, along with a dead spider on the floor. There was a big juice box underneath the bed along with dirt that clearly hasn’t been cleaned for a while. The bed frame was dirty. And they knock on your door at 10am to check if you are there because if you aren’t they’ll go in to make your bed(so make sure to put your DO NOT DISTURB) sign on your door.

Not worth the money.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the jacuzzi was very big
Disliked: There were stink bugs everywhere. There were eyelashes in the floor beside the bed. Fingernail was left on the stairs of the jacuzzi. The volume to the tv sounded terrible like it was blown. Alexa didn’t work. Parts of the light strip didn’t work. The shower water didn’t get that hot. Location doing have much to do. Holes in couch. Almost 500/night

Rude staff, broken heating unit,...

Liked: Not much. I was rather disappointed this time. At least the TV worked I guess.
Disliked: There was an older woman staffing the front office this time rather than the younger man. She was rather rude - she was aggravated that I made the reservation online and couldn't figure something out and had to call someone. She put me in a room where the heating/cooling unit was broken, as well as I was not able to roll up the curtain bc the electric curtain puller was ripped in half. When I informed her I was freezing the night before bc the unit makes loud noises and you can't keep the heat on, she rolled her eyes like she was annoyed about it but wasn't about to offer me any discounts or even an apology. Also, the mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable.
