Liked: Breakfast- excellentBathroom- toilets are too low- my wife has had a double hip replacement and found it difficult to get off the toilet.
Disliked: See above- also an ice cube machine- office supplied ice cubes in a tiny plastic bag.

Decent for the price

Liked: Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Didn't smell. Beds comfortable. Plenty of channels on tv. Close to mall and other stores, also restaurants. Like the location of the hotel on the back road. Like the price.
Disliked: Shower could use a new shower head. Coffee maker dirty. The door won't shut and lock unless you push hard. Could hear child running in the room above me most of the evening till about 11p.

Liked: I don't know anything about the amenities because we only stayed for 30min
Disliked: We rented the room that is close to our home for Valentines day. As we pulled up there was a lady that appeared to be named Methanie smoking and yelling at her kids through her open door. Turns out she was our direct neighbor. There was a hot tub "spa tub" in room only reason for renting the room. There was no hot water for said Spa, I told my wife we should wait a bit let it run. Half hour later we were on our 2nd tub of ice cold water. I went to the office to explain our issues because the room phone wasn't working at all I was told I should wait a hour or so and see if the water warmed up. I explained we were only there for the tub and wasn't satisfied and asked for a refund. Female at the desk said if I checked out immediately then that was my best chance of receiving a refund. Living close I have been back there 3 times to talk to a manager with no luck. Just asked to leave my phone # and promises of a phone call regarding our stay. Very poor experience over all, and we are not Karen's by any means. I gave them a month to make it right before writing a review. We know the hotel has a poor reputation in town, but a hot tub shouldn't be cold. That is all.
