Good place and good value...

Liked: It is right off the freeway about halfway through my trip from Tacoma to Oakland so it is a good location for me. It is reasonably priced and clean.
Disliked: I was disappointed because on my last stay there was no hot water for a shower or bath (at about 9:00 am).

Bed was nice, desk chair...

Liked: I could not at first connect to Wifi and had the office reboot the router. I was finally able to log in and was warned that the equipment was an old standard that was not safe to use. It didn't matter; it was unusable. With under 1 MB download and 2 mb upload, it was thought I was back in the 80s with my 2400 Baud modem. Wifi was just unusable

Liked: Little round about way to access hotel but it was great. Room was huge and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The power went off in the middle of the night specifically at this location. It didn't affect anyone else. Thought that was weird.

Liked: Great property, as a traveller I loved that they had a real freezer and fridge for our food supplies. Great beds!
Disliked: The shower was hard to figure out.

Disliked: On freeway side and even the AC on high couldn't hide. Do not recommend freeway side room. The person in room above sounded like they were wearing combat boots and kept tromping back and forth. Occasionally, they would drop something heavy on the floor. Finally called office to complain using my cell because the phone in the room was dead. That quieted things.A day before we arrived, an email explained that there would be no breakfast because of covid concerns. When I checked out, asked if there was any refund since that was one factor in choosing. Then the clerk showed me that the breakfast room was serving. Not a happy camper. Also at check in, sign said 3% fee for cards and no checks.
