WORST STAFF EVER DIRTY FILTHY...

Liked: The staff was very rude. Couldn’t get clean linen. No house keepers work after 12pm. The front desk clerk has no access to the laundry so for two nights I had no sheets after paying over $900 in this place!!! Worst hotel service ever. Only good thing is they allow ur pets for $20 a night which is posted but they will tell you it’s $30 a night

Disliked: Being on second floor with a dog that couldn't do steps and a husband that couldn't do steps. Our brother in law & sister in law came later in the day & got put on first floor, but when I asked earlier if we could have first floor they said there was none available.

Disliked: The building was never kept up after it's falling apart. It's dirty but it gets the job done. Kind of like some of us people but with a little work it could always be better

Liked: Nothing. Dirtiest place I have ever been in. Drug user in the hallway. The sheets were never changed from the prior occupants.
Disliked: Everything. The staff entered the room without knocking while my wife was changing. Argued with me telling me that it was ok. I don't think so. They did want to return the money for the room even though we had only been there 30 minutes. Scam!! Do not go there. Trash and dirt in the hallways. Trash and dirt on the floor in the living room. Staff was extremely rude and argumentative. Disgusting and disappointing. The pics on the internet were from another hotel. Sleeping in a subway in New York would have been cleaner. DO NOT GO THERE.
