Disliked: Unclean, old and dilapidated. The carpet was so old it wreaked, in the handicap room. Asked for another room but was refused. Air conditioner was old and filthy. It brought in a lot of dirt and soot from the road. It was apparent on the sheets of the bed. Woke up with filthy hair from AC. This establishment need a remodel, housekeeping cannot make the room acceptable it’s beyond that. I always thought hotels/motels were a part of the service industry. A friendly clerk can at least buffer complaints.

Liked: Booking.com should be careful with which type of Motels-hotels make alliances, Americas Best Value Inn looked more like a place where prostitution has taken over, half naked girls early in the morning coming out of dorms that explain the door noises early in the morning which woke me up; this place is zero family friendly.

Comfortable

Liked: It was better than expected , if you don’t like half naked women then probably isn’t a spot for you.
Disliked: The 12 dollar property tax

Disliked: Nothing toilet was leaking no towels and a very sad breakfast. A lot of prostitutes go there.
