Liked: Very friendly reception, included muffins and cereal and coffee in the morning, refrigerator and microwave in room, good heat that heats quickly

Disappointing

Liked: We liked that there was a pool and hot tub to use and our room had a little balcony with a nice little view.
Disliked: The public areas such as the stairwells and common areas are very run down and dirty. The rooms are fairly clean but the linens are worn and not very warm to sleep with on colder evenings.

Liked: Because of the nature and circumstances of my stay, the staff was accommodating.
Disliked: Rodent infestation, which got into our food, and left droppings on our personal belongings. They got in at night, and left large amounts of droppings behind the refrigerator, which wasn't grated. Maybe looking for heat? Either way it was awful, and wasn't offered any remedy or refund.
