The room was absolutely freezing. The bed sheets had disgusting stains on them. We checked in but never stayed. When we came back to check out, the women behind the desk offered to change the sheets, but my husband and I decided we rather drive the 3 hours back home. It's a shame, we paid for the room for nothing.

Liked: The price was also cheap which is what we were looking for, it was 5 minutes away from the family we were going to see. We were right next to a lot of shopping places which was great!
Disliked: The room itself wasn't too clean. There was random hair on both beds and what looked like makeup stains. The beds were super uncomfortable. The bathroom was pretty clean, but the toilet seat was almost taken off.

Liked: It was the cheapest in the area.
Disliked: It should be listed as a MOTEL on booking.com. The first picture on booking.com shows that there are hard wood floors. This is all very misleading. The floors were carpet and I had to wear shoes the entire time and my socks were black. When we were checking in, two other guests were complaining to the owner. Another couple staying were complaining about cigarette holes in the sheets and we had the same as well even though it was clearly stated when checking in that it was a non-smoking building. The blankets all had those fuzz balls and were itchy and felt dirty. There was also tin foil over all of the stove tops with visible grease left from the gust before and a button totally missing from the stove. The room had a stale smell and the towels are clearly reused and very old, rough, and we didn’t even shower at all because of how disgusting the bathroom was. Our window wasn’t locked when we arrived and there was no screen - safety issue? The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything from other rooms. Only one of our two keys worked to enter the room which could have been an issue since there is no one there after 9pm.

Pleasant

Liked: Even though the staff was nice there where things in the room that were rusting. The towels even though I assumed washed had stains on them.
Disliked: I felt like the place was over priced for the experience.

Lack of sleep and uneasiness!

Disliked: Is not a family place. Other guests partied all night till 6 am. Loud music. Not sure if that was bulletproof glass at check in?

Exceptional

Liked: Was perfect location for sailfest weekend. Staff was friendly! And love the fact had a full kitchen! Awesome time with friends!

Too much money for this...

Liked: There was no breakfast no coffee as advertised
Disliked: Staff had to come in twice to fix tv… bed wasnt made in morning… hallways very dismal… sketchy people around
