Nice and comfortable.

Liked: Good breakfast great location easy to access. Loved the room very nice and comfortable.
Disliked: A microwave in the room would have been better.

Bad

Disliked: The staff was rude! I am disabled and had to have someone drive me. I checked in with 2 adults and a 4 yr old. But being that they saw a teenager in the back seat.They literally watched me unload my car and take my stuff in my room. Once inside the room. When we were getting ready to lay down. The top sheet was stained severely yellow.

Good value for the price...

Liked: The continental breakfast was standard for that price range, coffee, orange juice, waffles, cereal and bagels/toast. The creamer options lacked in my opinion but they were sufficient. The manager was great, when I walked into the lobby to check in there was an older woman who's husband had left his wallet at a restaurant they had dinner at and she didn't know how to look up the restaurant on her phone. He offered to look up restaurants and call them for her to see if it was there and was really patient with her. The room was on par for the price.
Disliked: There was a large stain on the carpet next to the door and the ac didn't work as well as I hoped.

Clean but poor customer service

Liked: The beds were clean enough. We got 4 pillows. There were plenty of clean towels. The refrigerator worked.
Disliked: The AC took awhile to cool the room, the beds were too firm, the sink area was dirty. We asked for late check out but was told it was $30 more so we opted to not pay and just check out on time. 15 minutes before check out there was a knock on the door reminding me that check out was at 11am. How rude! Never again will stay here again because of the lack of customer service and consideration.
