Liked: They told me they charge a deposit at night but if u get the room in the daytime they don't charge a deposit so I was unable to stay in the room I booked and payed for because I didn't have a deposit and they won't respond to u guys or me to release my funds back to me

Disliked: I checked into my room and everything was filthy . Linens weren’t washed , the bathroom floor was covered in hair and pubic hair . I went to the front desk and they switched my room but it was the same thing , the second room had hair on the pillows , the counter tops weren’t wiped down and again, the floors were covered in hair? I don’t know what it was but I was finding hair everywhere. I understand you get what you pay for , but isn’t cleanliness a priority when running a hotel\motel? Considering all the foot traffic and travelers. It was over all a bad experience. They almost didn’t even give me my refund . However , Booking.com was accommodating , patient and kind during my frustrations.
