Disliked: No breakfast,no TV,to peace,routey guest, dirty, cock roaches, didn't speak English. We want a refund of our money. Bad experience!! Stay away from This hotel!!!

We experienced a clean comfortable...

Liked: The location was good being right off the expressway. The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: We d didn't have an iron in our room .. The staff made sure thatt we had access to now upon mentioning it.

Terrible. The children and women...

Liked: It’s right off the main road.
Disliked: We left after being there a couple hours to find a different hotel. There was a group of 6 men. 1 was caught videoing our kids at the pool and was signalling to the other men that were sitting at the top of the stairs on the second floor. The 2 families felt unsafe. We approached the hotel management about the issue, and they knew exactly who we were talking about and said that they were harmless. It was suggested that if they were harmless workers, to check their phones to prove they weren’t videoing the little girls in the pool. The hotel wouldn’t acknowledge the issue with the workers. So we ended up leaving the hotel and was told to dispute the issue with our credit card company about the booking.

Liked: In my first room the ceiling was falling down. The staff did move us to another room, after the manager checked the room to make sure we were telling them the truth.
Disliked: That the motel was in bad shape. That they didn't believe me that the ceiling was falling down.

Bad experience

Liked: It was convenient to where we were going.
Disliked: I requested a non-smoking room and paid the difference for non-smoking. I was put in a smoking room, I called down and they said they'd find what was available and call me back. After 15 minutes with no response, I called back and they said there was nothing available, and they wouldn't change the rate for what I paid for. The cost was paid through Booking instead of the hotel, but the hotel did not honor the type of room.

Don't stay here

Liked: Nothing. It was a dump located directly across the road from low income housing. People from projects roaming around hotel parking lotRat hole in the bathroom wall, toilet did not flush well, shower was in place for a short person. No clock in room, bare walls. Very unattractive room
