Disappointing

Liked: Friendly check in.
Disliked: Rooms are outdated. Rusty, dusty, and had dirty carpets. There was a roach in our room. Only got the pic after I smashed it with my shoe in the middle of the night while I woke to use the restroom.

Liked: I didn’t get to stay at this property because when i got an unexpected charges and tried to ask questions about it the manager yelled at me for not understanding. I haven’t never been charged before i arrived at the location before, especially when i have it set to pay at the location. They still haven’t given my money back and continued to charge me twice.

Disliked: It's an old Red Lions hotel that wasn't really maintained. Could you remodelimg, breakfast ran out of eggs and replaced with muffins.
