Liked: I liked the location. The staff were polite.
Disliked: The TV remote had some issues with the volume button.

Disliked: My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The room had a very confined and uninviting design, with minimal natural light, a dark and narrow hallway, and an overall gloomy atmosphere. The bed linens were in poor condition—dirty, stained, and even torn—which made the stay feel unhygienic. Additionally, the customer service was far from welcoming. The lady at the front desk was unprofessional and unfriendly, which left a negative impression on my stay and I feel bad for her son who has to live with her.

Liked: No breakfast. Bed skirt had stains on it. Obviously hasn’t been changed in awhile.
Disliked: Attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness. Said it’d be $95 to book an additional night when I went on booking.com it was only $65.
