Liked: NOTHING I paid 97 dollars for a bed that I felt evry spring and the hot tub step was broken only 1 medium size towel the mirror had not been cleaned and the tub had hair.

Way Less then Expected

Liked: The front desk clerk was very helpful, nice, polite and courtesy.
Disliked: The room being clean was the only good part, We booked a jacuzzi room for Valentines. In the bathroom, we only had 1 towel and 2 wash cloths, and the bathroom door stuck, difficult to close or keep close. On the bed was a blanket and fitted sheet with two pillows. Now the heater in the room didn't work when we got in the room. It was freezing. I believe it was mid afternoon the next day before the room was warm with the help of a heater. I cleaned the filter screen off that goes in the heater. It was covered in dust and debris. We placed a wash cloth on one side to direct the air blowing away from us as it blew in our faces while we sat on the bed. The wash cloth wasn't white when removed but filthy. But the heat worked better for the most part with the help of an additional heater. There weren't the normal amenities you usually find in hotel rooms, ice buckets, plastic cups, etc., so I went and purchased additional towels and plastic cups for our stay. Lot of good being next door to the ice machine. We enjoyed the stay only because we made the most of it, but it was not what was advertised online, and no, we weren't happy overall. Being Valentines weekend kinda hard to find another place to stay. There was a food menu advertisement in the room. Offering a wide variety of food and delivery. We ordered and I understood the delivery time. It was a Friday night. But the food wasn't what was described on the menu. We ordered subs, my Italian sub was missing toppings, and looked like burnt bologna, and my boyfriends Philly Steak was cold, falling apart and disgusting. Really ruined dinner. No, we were not happy with the room.

Discount or Dissatisfaction

Liked: The location is excellent. Obviously the price is consumer friendly.
Disliked: The facilities are awful at best. Basic maintenance hasn't been performed. Appliances and heaters are not functioning properly. Cleanliness is not applied to rooms.
