Liked: They will fix your room if something is wrong. You cannot be crazy though, be polite
Disliked: Some rooms weren't clean as others

Liked: The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The only entrance was at the front desk. None of the other entrances worked with a room key card. The shower had boiling water or ice water and nothing in-between. They gave the room above me to an elephant.

Bad

Liked: I liked the restaurant and game room / bar attached to the hotel
Disliked: I stayed here because of last minute work travel . I got in very late and didn't have many options at the time for reasonable price . After a while I got up to plug my phone in and Cleary saw a bed bug crawling across the desk .
