Liked: Room heated well. There was plenty of hot water. Fridge seemed clean. Bedding seemed clean.
Disliked: The location being right off of the main highway presented difficulties with the snow and ice. It was very hard to maneuver around in the small parking area provided. When I arrived the front desk lady was not greeting me, she remained on the phone and ignored me for some time. The room was not very clean, as far as the floor bathtub toilet sink and counters go. The bed seemed all right. There was no soap, no shampoo and no conditioner in the room I had to request it. When I went out to request it, as I was waiting for the lady to retrieve some for me, she engaged in a venting session with her co-worker that was extremely loud and full of lots of cuss words and vulgar, angry connotation. It was very unprofessional, and inconsiderate to guest, after waiting and extremely long time I decided just to leave. She finally came to my room a half hour later with soap, but the soap was in these open containers with no lids, and she didn't offer to install it either. The ladies facial expressions were not very pleasant, I didn't really feel welcome or please to be helped. The front desk never gave me any information as far as Wi-Fi goes or check out goes or even asked me if there's anything that she could help me with or answer any questions. She did not seem to have very good customer service skills. The room was very noisy with cars coming and going, wall seemed thin. I did not feel safe or secure in my room, and I did not feel very clean in my room. I did not feel very welcome and accommodated. I will not be staying here ever again. And I will certainly be letting others know about my stay and would not recommend it.

Disliked: They didn't refund the 200 security deposit. Nothing was damaged by myself or my children. Tried to blame their neglect towards previous repairs on my kids.
