Disliked: People next door were loud to about 1:00 AM. An adult was crying loud. People were arguing. I was not happy

Over powering weed smelling corridors...

Liked: The front desk guy is helpful and gave us another room which was slightly better.
Disliked: Over powering weed smell in the corridors make it unbearable in this non smoking property. Bathroom and tables are not cleaned properly- hair and other wastes from previous stay. People are playing loud music in rooms.

Disliked: Was stinking with smoke/weed smell on the hall way. Bathroom was not clean at all. Somehow managed to stay one night.

Liked: The man at the front desk was pleasant.. that was the only positive part of my stay
Disliked: It was dirty and disgusting and should really be made aware that this is a hotel that houses DSS clients.. booking for com advised it has complimentary breakfast (that’s why my daughter chose this location) and there is not. The walls were disgustingly dirty with stuck in food and dirty hand prints.. the bathroom had obvious water damage to the walls there were holes in the wall terribly patched up the shelf in the wall was falling down.. if I hadn’t arrived so late in the evening i would have stayed somewhere else.

Got what we paid for....

Liked: The staff was very courteous and when we needed something they were prompt to get it for us, ie: extra towels, toilet paper, plug for drain so we could bathe my grandson. Sheets, blankets, towels were clean. Toilets worked well, tub had good water pressure and hot water.
Disliked: Not so much didn't like as they were aware of issue with light in the one bathroom (we booked 2 rooms to accommodate our whole family) didn't work properly, they were waiting on part to fix it, wasn't there during our stay, the staff did their best, got the light to stay on and then we had to leave it on the entire time.

Terrible stay and super unclean...

Disliked: Everything was terrible about this place. 1- When booking the room was supposed to come with free breakfast!! When we reached there was no breakfast being provided and got a message saying due to COVID they're not providing a breakfast anymore! This was false advertisement and so disappointing 2- The rooms were way too dirty and clearly not cleaned what so ever! The floors were disgusting, the toilet had stain and dirt everywhere and smelled so bad and basically the only clean things about the room were the beds3- the lights in the washroom died after a few hours and we had to use our phones flashlights to be able to see anything and there was no one providing a service to change that light either.4- And the wi-fi kept disconnecting!Staying here was very disappointing. And it was a waste of money honestly.

I would not recommend this...
