We recently stayed at the ABVI on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood and we just wanted to let you know that this is the BEST hotel ever. The bed was fantastic, the pillows were great and it was so clean and updated. The prices were right within our budget and we will come back to the area again just to stay there. Thanks.

It was good I booked...

Liked: The rooms were clean the staff was nice and helpful
Disliked: No breakfast needs a vending machine for drinks and water should have 2 bottles of water in frig

Liked: The staff was very nice and helpful. I need to change the date of my booking due to some unexpected events and they were very happy to help and change the data for us with no charge even it is last minutes. Affordable and clean as well!
Disliked: The location might be sketchy outside but the inside is spotless. I think it will be great if you have your own car or call a taxi instead of walking. You could hear some car drove by at night because it's right next to the main streeet but overall it was great!

Every night I wake up...

Liked: The security system is very bad. They let outsiders come in and use a fire extinguisher to smash the glass of my room. This scared my wife and daughter. They couldn't rest and they didn't change my room.

Liked: Well located on Sunset Blvd.
Disliked: Very simply furnished, with partly broken furniture. The shower worked very poorly. Limited parking on site. Despite the fact that the hotel promotes itself with "breakfast included in the price", there is no breakfast at all.The staff is unfriendly and downright rude. Since there are enough opportunities nearby with more interesting price-quality offers, this hotel is strongly avoided.
