Disliked: The towels and wash cloth were sain dirty like a mechanic. Had wiped his hands on it very gross. When I told the staff when I was checking out, she told me I should have brought the towels back and got new ones. Why would I do that? They should have been clean from the start. And hanging in the room, not me having to go and ask for it. I stayed one other time before this. And the remote didn't work for the TV 🙄 Had the manager come give us a new one, and he grabbed the old remote with the paperwork in his hand, I felt kind of offended
