Worst in a hotel I’ve...

Liked: Location was good and food was great! As was coffee. Breakfast was key
Disliked: Several of employees after causing issues with our credit cards by charging us twice made us feel very unwanted and very uncomfortable. Also kind of trashy like we couldn’t afford our rooms so we stayed two very uncomfortable nights there and I wouldn’t accept another offered. I think we should be reimbursed.

Disliked: They offered upgrade room .Ha..it was horrible tv didn't work Damp room..bugs in Coffee pot. bug on Floor .Charged $95..complained to corporate..wanted full refund..they did not reply..I will never stay again and will tell friends not too

Disliked: advertisement said king room with spa. So I booked it it was a bathtub I couldn’t even get the shower to work. lightbulbs were out in front of the bathroom mirror and the desk

Liked: Like because it’s not crowded.
Disliked: A/C worked poorly and it was a 90 degree day. Sheets had what looked to be like pee stains. Refrigerator did t get cold at all. Just overall not very clean.

Liked: Friendly staff, easy parking , clean room.
Disliked: That my door did not lock sometimes and didn’t need a key card at times. And the beds are alittle rough.
