It is a good value...

Liked: Did not have their breakfast. I did not like the location so much coming from East Grand Forks and having to travel West across most of Grand Forks near I-29.
Disliked: My night stand lamp was broken.

Poor

Passable

Liked: It’s cheaper than most places.
Disliked: The breakfast could have had some eggs and breakfast meat. They only served carbs

Disappointing

A budget friendly hotel, fine...

Liked: The bed was comfy, the room had been cleaned. Staff took care of any requests immediately. It was good value for the price. Very convenient if you just need a place to sleep.
Disliked: The internet was not adequate. Lost connection every few minutes.

Bad

Disliked: Dirty. Couldn't sleep all three nights, swearing, screaming especially at night.

Poor

Liked: Maintenance guy was really friendly and tried to help
Disliked: The reception staff at night was a grumpy woman. Not a smile. The carpet in our room was dusty. There was a dead insect mark on the wall. The bath tub had some stains. All in all it was a pretty old place. Needed some maintenance work.

Would not stay again especially...

Liked: Very run down and not clean, hallways did not smell good and creepy
Disliked: Close to Alerus

Worst experience of my life!!

Liked: Absolutely nothing, it was so bad we actually left and stayed somewhere else
Disliked: It’s was filthy and smelled horrible. The staff were rude
