Liked: It is a basic no frills motel, but the room was clean and comfortable. For the price it is excellent. The manager at the desk was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.
Disliked: Wifi was poor and spotty. The manager assured me that there is an upgrade of the wifi in progress.

Liked: The overall property was clean, the rooms were clean. With a little cosmetic touch to the inside it would be perfect.
Disliked: No breakfast but that wasn’t a deal breaker since the Tim Hortons and Dunkin Donuts were right next door.

Disliked: Smell of room and facilities. This place was sketchy. I didn't feel safe and the price was ridiculous for the accommodation. Window was wide open and it still smelled of stale cigarettes. There was an old frat house couch in the hall. Ick!
