Disliked: They made us check in thru an outside window. We felt like we were at a Bail bonds office.Very expensive & service was horrible. Hotel said it had a pool, but the pool was very dirty & not useable.

Not really worth the price.

Liked: Check in and out was quick and easy.
Disliked: The building is in an awful state, and we had to check in and out at the overnight window instead of getting to use the lobby.There are so many rules posted outside that window that I was afraid of forgetting something and having to pay extra.The room smelled of disinfectant. There were holes in the walls and sheets. The TV didn't work.

Liked: The housekeeper was nice. He mopped my room after I checked in because it was filthy.
Disliked: Flooring very uneven. Owner was very mean, never said hello or anything. Bathroom door handle was very loose causing me to get locked out because it got jammed. Maintenance and the owner came to fix it. Owner was fussing the whole time as if I did it on purpose. Bedding was dirty. Thank goodness I had disposable sheets. Lamps extremely outdated and looked dangerous. Two of the outlets didn't work. Mini fridge was awful looking This hotel should be removed from BOOKING.COM. I can tolerate a subpar hotel but not when the owner is very rude.

I would like a refund...

Liked: The only good thing was availability. Evacuating from Florida hurricane and options were full.
Disliked: The building was not maintained. Rust and broken cement. Sheets were not changed. One had blood and hair. Other bed did not have a mattress cover. Tooth paste left in sink. No toilet paper holder. Remains all rusted in wall. Disappointed that this was on the Booking site. I would like to trust all listings to be somewhat clean. The rates were at least doubled while we were booking.
